Working on fitting and installing the rear lower inner fascia now and then move on to the dash.   Grind my welds and finish installing the rest of the trunk gutter tomorrow.
Finished grinding the patches on the B posts and got everything acid washed. Now I can finish nailing in the package tray, deck lid hinges, and trunk gutter. 
It's a pain in the butt getting everything fitting properly. Got a couple of patches to make, a ton of grinding, and a little bit of acid washing that needs to be done before I can finish nailing in the trunk gutter.
The rear end is back together, steering rack rebuilt, and I can finally fixture up these pieces under the car.
   Now on to more fun stuff. I was not happy with how these pieces were buffing out at the time of my last post. I went back, re-sanded, and finally finished polishing today.   Before  After  My polishing guy is kind of anal. He decided there were a couple of spots that left a little to be desired. He says he's within a day of the white diamond though.     |
